Plan the next action
A daily agenda for study, classes and breaks
A useful agenda gives your day a sequence without filling every minute. StudyTick combines a task timetable with list, grid and agenda views, so you can look at the same plan in the way that helps you now.
Open the planner, choose Continue as guest, and add your first task.Choose a planning view
List: read and edit your tasks
Use the list when you want to check task names, times and goals in order. It is a useful starting point for a short daily plan.
Grid: see where your time goes
Use the time grid to see your scheduled blocks against the hours of the day. Leave gaps for meals, travel and unexpected delays.
Agenda: follow the sequence
Select Agenda view in the timetable controls to follow your existing schedule in an agenda layout. Switching views changes how your plan is displayed; it does not require you to enter the same tasks again.
A realistic morning agenda
This example combines practice, review and a break. Change the times and workload to suit your day.
| Time | Task | Goal |
|---|---|---|
| 09:00–09:25 | Practice questions | 10 questions |
| 09:25–09:30 | Break | Water and stretch |
| 09:30–10:00 | Review explanations | Note two weak concepts |
| 10:00–10:10 | Buffer | Finish a note or reset |
To enter several blocks, use Paste timetable in the main app. Paste the lines below, inspect the preview and confirm only when the tasks and times are correct.
09:00–09:25 | Practice questions | 10 questions 09:25–09:30 | Break | Water and stretch 09:30–10:00 | Review explanations | Note two weak concepts 10:00–10:10 | Buffer | Finish a note or reset
Keep the agenda usable throughout the day
- Start with fixed commitments. Add classes, work or appointments before optional study blocks.
- Choose a manageable outcome. “Review 10 explanations” is easier to act on than “study everything.”
- Leave buffers. When a task takes longer, revise the remaining blocks rather than letting the entire plan become unrealistic.
- Mark completed tasks. Review the plan to decide what comes next. Move or edit unfinished tasks to match the time still available.
For repeating commitments, explore the weekly and repeat controls already available in the timetable. Read the study timetable guide before building a larger schedule.
Move from planning to focus
At your task's scheduled time, use Focus view and the current-task timer. If you prefer work-and-break blocks, preview them in the break planner before adding them to the timetable.
For sound prompts, start reminders and test them while the page is open. Read how browser timetable alarms work, especially if you use a phone that limits background tabs.
Guest data is stored in this browser. Export your timetable before clearing browser data; changing planning views is not a backup.
